摘　　要：运用博弈论的分析手段分析了市场对中介的需要,同时提出了中介参与交易的动机和约束。This paper introduces that intermediary plays a more and more important role in the trade of cgmmodities. The harmony of the trade depends on effective intermediary to provide relevant information, such as the availability of products and both parties＇ credit. With application of game theory analysis, this paper discusses the market＇s requirements for intermediary, and the facilitating and restraining of it in the trade.
