民营科技企业国际化成长模式分析

摘　　要：经济全球化和知识经济时代的到来,尤其是在中国加入WTO以后,客观上要求民营科技企业提高全球化战略观念,主动实施国际化战略。根据民营科技企业在企业网络中的地位,其国际化成长的模式分为三种,即共生、群居、独居。这三种模式对民营科技企业更好地参与跨国公司的竞争起到了重要的作用。With the advent of an economic globalization and knowledge economy, especially after China＇s entry into WTO, private scientific and technical enterprises are required to upgrade their concept of globalization and carry on an internationalization strategy. According to the existing status of private scientific and technical enterprises, we can divide them into three growing patterns： intergrowth, gregarious and solitary. The intergrowth pattern in internationalization is defined as a new cooperation arrangement between middle and/or small enterprises and multinationals. It is characterized by an interdependence on each other. Multinationals gain increasing elasticity and efficiency by integrating with small enterprises, and at the same time provide chink opportunities for small ones. Small enterprises specialize themselves and form scale of economy by providing higher demand for multinationals. The gregarious pattern is a clustering behavior among enterprises with same sorts, embodying coexistence and assistance among them. This pattern is the main way of internationalization for private scientific and technical enterprises at present. The last pattern is solitary in that internationalization is based on the independent growth of the enterprises themselves. This pattern fits for enterprises of higher level internationalization. There are not many enterprises in china that can take on such a pattern. As a matter of fact, these three patterns play a very important part in the competition between private technical enterprises and multinationals.
