摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺囊实性乳头状上皮性肿瘤的CT特征。方法:分析1例经手术病理证实的胰腺囊实性乳头状上皮性肿瘤的临床病理资料、CT表现及治疗方法,并复习国内外相关文献。结果:该病好发于青年女性,临床无特异表现,CT表现为胰头部巨大的囊实性肿块,增强后肿块囊壁及实性成分明显强化。术后病理证实为胰腺囊实性乳头状上皮性肿瘤。结论:胰腺囊实性乳头状上皮性肿瘤具有特征性CT表现,有助于该病的术前诊断。Objective：To investigate the CT features of solid-cystic papillary epithelial neoplasm of pancreas. Method：The clinical and pathologic features, CT findings and treatment of a patient with solid-cystic papillary epithelial neoplasm were retrospectively analyzed, and the related literatures were reviewed. Results：The disease was commonly seen in young women without specific clinical features. A large solid-cystic mass could be found in the head of pancreas on CT, with obvious enhancement in the solid part and wall of the lesion, which was pathologically confirmed as solidcystic papillary epithelial neoplasm after operation. Conclusion ：CT findings of solid-cystic papillary epithelial neoplasm of pancreas are characteristic and may be helpful for diagnosis before operation.
