摘 要:为了解决火电厂大惯性、大时滞的再热汽温控制难题,采用了模型参考自适应预估控制方法,在京能热电公司3号机组再热汽温控制系统得到了的成功应用。模型参考自适应预估控制方法通过对模型的在线跟踪来满足Smith预估器模型精度的要求,解决了控制系统中存在的大时滞、特性时变的问题。该方法可以在保留原有的PID控制算法的基础上,通过增加自适应前馈的办法方便地予以实现,可以充分利用原系统的控制组态。为了在HIACS-5000分散系统中实现上述算法,采用了带防火墙的单向控制网络获取过程输入数据,通过DCS的AI模件将自适应前馈输出送入HIACS-5000系统实现控制闭环。经改造再热汽温控制系统成功地实现了自动投运,并取得了良好的控制效果。In order to solve the control problem of reheated steam temperature system with long inertia times and long time-delays, the model reference adaptive predictive control (MRAPC) method is applied for reheated steam temperature control system of 3# unit in Jingneng Thermal Power CO., LTD. This method satisfies the precision needs of Smith predictive model; in addition, the problems of large time-delays and character time-variety areresolved. This method can be realized easily by adding an adaptive feed-forward signal, and the original control configurations with PID control method need not to be changed. In order to get the process input data in HIACS-5000 system, oneway networks with firewall was used. The close-loop was realized by putting the adaptive feed forward into AI module of DCS. The improved reheated steam temperature control system has been successfully put into automatic use, and the satisfactory control results have been achieved.
