增温与电离辐射对人外周血淋巴细胞染色体损伤的影响

摘  要:本文对高温和辐射两种诱变因素对人外周血淋巴细胞染色体损伤进行了探讨。实验结果:单纯照射和单纯增温组染色体畸变率和SCE发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);增温后照射组染色体畸变和SCE高于单纯照射组;而照射后再增温组的SCE反高于单纯照射组,染色体畸变无明显增加。说明增温后辐射可以加重辐射对染色体的损伤。The effect of hyperthermia and radiation on chromosomal aberration and SCE in human lymphocytes was studied. Peripheral blood was treated in vitro with hyperthermia alone, irradiation alone, both hyperthermia and irradiation , and both irradiation and hyperthermia respectively. The results showed that the frequency of chromosomal aberration and SCE was higher in the groups treated with hyperthermia alone or irradiation alone than that of the control(P<0.01) . Both parameters in the hyperthermia followed by irradiation group were higher than that of the group treated by irradiation alone; whereas, there wasn't much difference for the chromosomal aberration between the irradiation followed by hyperthermia group and the group treated by irradiation alone, although for the frequency of SCE, the former was higher than the latter. The possibility for the above results was finally discussed.
