白内障超声乳化术后假晶状体眼的调节灵活度

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后的调节灵活度,为临床改善假晶状体眼者生活质量提供依据。方法30人60眼,年龄(62.77±5.27)岁(50～70岁)。其中单眼假晶状体眼16人,双眼假晶状体眼14人,44眼为假晶状体眼。测量调节幅度、近距离调节灵活度。采用SPSS11.0行统计学分析。结果移近法单眼调节幅度(2.35±1.14)D,单眼调节灵活度(13.68±4.47)周/分,双眼调节灵活度(11.76±3.66)周/分,单眼调节灵活度与单眼调节幅度不存在相关(r=0.023,P=0.442)。结论对于白内障超声乳化术后的假晶状体眼患者,调节灵活度是独立于调节幅度的伪调节评价指标。Objective To analyze the accommodative facility in pseudophakic eyes after phacoemulsification and implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens （IOL）. Methods This study comprised 60 eyes of 30 patients aged 50 to 70 years（mean age 62.77 ± 5.27years） who had phacoemulsification and implantation of posterior chamber IOL, including 16 patients with unilateral pseudophakia and 14 patients with bilateral pseudophakia. The accommodative amplitude and near accommodative facility were measured. All data were analyzed with the SPSS11.0 for Windows. Results In the pseudophakia the mean value of monocular accommodative amplitude was （2.35 ± 1.14） D. Monocular accommodative facility was （13.68 ± 4.47） circle/minute. Binocular accommodative facility was （11.76 ± 3.66） circle/minute. Monocular accommodative facility was not associated with monocular accommodative amplitude（r=0.023,P=0.442）. Conclusion Besides accommodative amplitude, accommodative facility is an independent parameter of pseudoaccommodation after phacoemulcification and implantation of posterior chamber IOL.
