摘　　要：目的设计与开发鼻专科电子病历,以实现对鼻专科病人信息的采集、加工、存储和传输。方法以SQLSERVER2000为后台数据库、MSVisualFoxpro6.0为前台开发工具,通过建立鼻专科结构化病历,实现鼻专科电子病历系统。结果该专科病历系统已在耳鼻喉科使用,实践证明,该系统运行良好,达到了存储和传输病人信息、实现快速查询的目的。结论该系统能够有效提高医生书写病历的效率与质量,为将来全面实现电子病历打下了基础。Objective To design and develop a nasal electronic medical record system, so as to gather, process, store and transmit the information of nasal patients. Methods The nasal electronic medical record system was realized based on the structured nasal medical records, SQL Server 2000 serve as the back-end DB MS, along with the front-end interface code in MS Visual Foxpro 6.0. Results The system has been used in ENT department, with the practice of using, it indicated that this system runs well, achieve the goal of storage and transmitting of patient＇s information, and of quick seeking. Conclusion The system can help the doctors to improve the efficiency and quality of medical records, and provides the basis for realizing of electronic medical record totally.
