摘　　要：企业管理活动的核心任务是追求经营绩效的持续改善。本文运用系统论的分析方法,设计了企业经营绩效模型,分析了改善企业经营绩效的途径。最后,借助企业绩效模型,对20世纪90年代以来的新兴管理理论进行了整合。The key task of management is to keep sustaining improvement of management performance. With systematic analytical method, the paper constructs the management performance model in corporation and summarizes approaches to improve performance. On the basis of the performance model, the paper integrates the emerging management theories since 1990s.
