摘  要:目的了解壳聚糖对预防眼眶组织粘连的效果,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法家兔15只,采用自身对照方法,右眼为实验组,左眼为对照组,分别制作眶壁缺损模型,缺损区实验组应用2%壳聚糖凝胶,对照组应用平衡盐溶液。术后4周对术区行大体观察及组织学光镜观察。结果临床观察各组兔眼未见明显异常体征。术后4周,大体观察实验组术区组织粘连程度较对照组明显为轻,组织学切片光镜观察见实验组骨膜与瘢痕组织之间粘连较轻,瘢痕组织增生较少,成纤维细胞数目较少,体积小,排列整齐,较疏松,成熟细胞较少;对照组骨膜与瘢痕组织粘连重,瘢痕组织增生多,大量成纤维细胞,排列紊乱、密集,多数呈梭形,趋于成熟。结论壳聚糖能减轻眼眶术后组织粘连,无明显不良反应,可进一步应用于眼科临床,减少眼眶手术术后并发症。Objective To evaluate the effect of chitossn on preventing postoperative orbital adhesion for clinieal use. Methods Fifteen rabbits were adopted in this study. The left eyes served as control group and the right eyes as experimental group. Orbital wall defect was made in each eye,but the operated area of experimental group was applied with 2% chitossn gel and that of control group with balance salt solution (BSS). Four weeks after the operation, the adhesion servation of general and microstructure on specimens was noted, and adhesion degrees was observed and classified. Resuits Adhesion dogrec of experimental group was obviously lower than that of control group, and microscopic observation showed that there was less scar formation in experimental group, and there was no obvious inflammatory reaction in experimental group.Conclusion Chitosan is proved to be able to prevent tissue adhesion after orbital operation,less side effects, so it can be further applied in ophthalmological operation to reduce the postoperative complications.
