摘　　要：小动物PET是一种定量显像技术,能够无创伤地、动态地显像正电子核素标记的放射性药物在活体内的分布,为药物研究和评价提供了一个新的研究方法和途径。这篇文章主要介绍了小动物PET的一些基本知识及其在药物开发和研究中的应用。Small animal PET is a quantitative imaging technique that can noninvasive and dynamically image the distribution of positron-labeled radiopharmaceuticals in vivo, therefore representing a new means of providing information for drug development and evaluation. This article reviews the fundamental basis of PET imaging and their application in preclinical drug discovery and development.
