摘  要:目的:探讨中西医结合介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的应用价值。方法:收集有明确临床症状、体征,并经血管造影证实的下肢深静脉血栓形成患者56例,施行介入插管、双向溶栓,并联合应用中西药内服外敷。26例安放下腔静脉滤器,24例行球囊导管扩张成形,3例安放血管内支架。采用自行设计的治疗效果量化测量表进行量化判定。结果:治疗后显效32例(57.1%),有效18例(32.2%),无效6例(10.7%)。1月后复查,显效40例(71.4%),有效13例(23.2%),无效3例(5.4%)。未出现严重并发症。结论:中西医结合介入治疗方法对下肢深静脉血栓形成有良效,结合中医辨证论治综合治疗,可以增强疗效。Objective: To explore the value of interventional therapy of integrating traditional and western medicine in the treatment of lower limbs' deep venous thrombosis. Methods: Fifty-six cases that had definite symptoms and clinical signs were collected and the diagnosis was built by angiography. All cases accepted catheter-directed thromholysis. Before and after interventional therapy, all cases were adopted systemic Chinese medicinal treatment. Inferior vena cava filters were placed in 26 cases. Twenty-four cases were treated combined with balloon angioplasty. Endovascular stents were placed in 3 cases. The indexes were converted by means of a measure form, which designed by authors. Results: After treatment, 32 cases(57.1%)were apparently valid; 18 cases(32.2%)valid; 6 cases(10. 7%)invalid. The re-examination after one month showed: 40 cases(71.4%)were apparently valid; 13 cases(23.2%)valid; 3 cases(5.4%)invalid. No case showed serious complication. Conclusion: Interventional therapy integrating traditional and and western medicine had good effect on lower limbs' deep venous thrombosis. With the combination of treatment according to syndrome differentiation of TCM could improve the efficacy.
