摘  要:目的:检测分析牙龈组织NO含量与牙龈炎症程度的相关性,初步探讨NO在牙周病发病机理中的作用。方法:采用酶法检测实验性牙周炎动物牙龈组织中NO2-和NO3-的含量,以间接反映NO水平,分析牙龈指数(G I值)与NO含量的相关性。结果:正常状况下与牙龈炎症状态下NO含量有显著性差异P<0.05。牙龈组织NO含量与牙龈指数呈显著负相关(P<O.05),同时还与牙槽骨的吸收与否有关(无牙槽骨吸收时r=-0.839;有牙槽骨吸收时r=-0.634)。结论:NO参与了牙周病的发生和发展过程,在牙周病的发病机理中取到了重要的作用。Objective: To investigate the role of nitric oxide(NO)in the pathogenesis of periodontal diseases by analyzing the relationship between NO level in gingival tissue and the gingival inflammation degree. Methods: NO2^-and NO3^- concentrations, which reflected NO level indirectly, were measured by NO kit in gingival tissue of mice with experimental periodontitis. Then the relationship between the NO level in gingival tissue and the gingival index(GI) was analyzed. Results: The level of NO in normal gingival tissue was significantly higher than that in inflammatory gingival tissue ( P 〈 0.05 ). The concentration of NO in periodontal tissue was not only negatively correlated with GI ( P 〈0. 05 ), but also correlated to bone loss. Conclusion: In periodontal diseases, the local NO plays an important role in the pathophysiology of periodontitis.
