自体骨膜移植治疗颌骨囊肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过自体骨膜移植探讨颌骨囊肿术后创腔的修复效果。方法:对56例颌骨囊肿术后创腔行自体邮票状游离骨膜移植,术后1、3、12月随访,并行X线检查。结果:骨膜移植后3个月骨缺损处全部被新生骨充填,骨密度明显增高,部分新生骨质结构与正常趋于一致,12个月后受区恢复正常骨结构。结论:骨膜移植是修复颌骨囊肿术后创腔的一种较好方法,为临床提供了新的治疗手段。Objective： To investigate the repairing effect of autoperiosteum transplantation in treating wound cavity after jawbone cyst operation. Methods： For 56 patients, stamp - like free autoperiosteum transplantation were performed in treating wound cavity after jawbone cyst operation. X - ray examination were given 1, 3 and 12 months after operation. Results： Three months after transplatation, new bone had formed in the defect place, bone density enhanced obviously, and part new bone structure was relatively accordant with normal one. Twelve months later, the recipient place came back to the normal bone structure. Conclusion： Autoperiosteum transplantation is effective in treating wound cavity after jawbone cyst.
