摘  要:目的探讨Aα纤维蛋白原58G/A基因多态性与血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平、功能及与缺血性脑血管病的相关性。方法用PCRRFLPs技术检测54例缺血性心脑血管病患者和70例健康对照者的Aα58G/A基因多态性;采用血浆Fg功能自动检测系统测定血浆水平及功能。结果A等位基因频率在病例组为0.315,对照组为0.271,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);病例组血浆Fg水平及功能显著高于对照组;病例组A等位基因携带者血浆Fg功能高于GG基因型组(P=0.038)。结论中国汉族人群存在A58G/A基因多态性;虽然缺血性心脑血管病患者不仅血浆Fg水平增高而且伴有Fg功能增强,但A等位基因不显著影响血浆Fg水平,与缺血性心脑血管病的发病无明显关系。Objective To detect the relationship between fibrinogen gene polymorphism are ischemic cadiocerebrovascular diseases, the frenquency of α-fibrinogen-58G/A gene polymorphism, fibrinogen molecular reactivity and their association with plasma fibrinogen levels in 70 health adults and 54 ischaemic cardiocerebral vascular diseaes were investigated. Methods The α-fibrinogen-58G/A gene polymorphism was analyzed by PCR-RFLP. Fibringen molecular reactivity and plasma fibrinogen levels were analyzed for the conversion kinetics of fibrinogen into fibrin by a computer assistant procedure. Results The frequencies of -58A allele were 0. 315 in patients and 0. 271 in controls (P〉0. 05). The fibrinogen molecular reactivity and plasma fibrinogen levels were higher in patoents than in controls (P〈0. 05). In study, GA+ AA fibrinogen molecular reactivity was higher than GG gene type(P〈0. 05). Conclusions Chinese population has the polymorphisrn of α-58G/ A. Although the increased plasma fibrinogen occurs in study, allele is not correlated with the change of fibrinogen level and also not related with ischaernic cardiocerebral vascular disease.
