摘 要:基于加工过程数据的膛线测评技术,系统在数据采集中先对C/Z轴电机电流等模拟量数字滤波处理。利用检测器件实时采集现场加工信息,并送至下位机处理,下位机将处理结果送上位机显示、报警提示和存盘。同时计算膛线各指标误差并分析加工精度,获取膛线加工负载变化情况等相关信息,得出本次膛线加工质量的参考数据和指出人工检验应注意事项。The technique of detection-evaluation was based on machining process data. At first, the analog signals such as motor current of C/Z were filtered in data gathering of system. Then the detection device was used by real-time gathering part to gather local machining information and the information was sent to the gathering channel of low PC in NC system. At last, the gathering results were sent to up PC to display, alarm, and store. At the same time, the index errors of rifling were calculated, the machining precision was analyzed and the corresponding information about loading changes of rifling machining was acquired. Then, the reference data of rifling machining quality for this time was achieved and the notices for manual checking were pointed out.
