具抗植物病原真菌活性海洋霉菌的筛选与鉴定

摘　　要：以8种植物病原真菌为指示菌,采用双向培养法对渤海海水中分离到的127株霉菌进行抗菌活性初筛,获得了具有不同抗菌谱的菌株41株。采用滤纸片法对其发酵液进行复筛,发现67#菌株不但抗菌谱广,而且抗菌活性极其明显,具有良好的开发前景。对该菌株进行鉴定,确定它属于青霉属(PenicilliumLK.ex Fries)微生物。Using the method of bidirectional culture to screen 127 strains of mildew for inhibiting 8 strains pathogenic fungi of plant from Bohai sea water, 41 strains with different antibacterial spectrum were obtained. Using the method of paper disc diffusion to screen their liquid of fermentation, the result showed that the strain 67 had a broad antifungi spectrum, the antifungi activity was very evident, so it has a bright future in exploitation. After identification according to the Manual of Fungi Identification, the result showed it belonged to Penicillium LK. ex Fries.
