摘　　要：作为学术组织的大学,在其内部管理权力结构中,学术权力占据重要位置。无论考察大学组织的历史渊源、社会功能、大学基层学科组织的规训,还是审视大学组织内学科评价标准、科学基金支持、科研成果评价、教师职称晋升、教学活动评估等学术活动,可以发现都无法离开学术权力。学术自由、教授治校、大学自主是学术权力的基本特征。There are some academic organization in universities, and the academic power plays the crucial role in the managing machineries of universities. The academic power is essential in university by investigating the university organizations not only about their origin, social function, and running regulation, but also their academic evaluating model, science foundation, science product evaluation, professional title promoting, and teaching activity evaluation. The characteristic of the academic power is academic freedom, professor managing, and university self-determination.
