摘　　要：The ethics of the first line is one which study what is the essential value standard. The principle of human rights constitutes the value claims and the essential contents of this ethics. The ethics of the first line offers basic orientations for solutions for moral conflicts. The ethics of the second line is a provisional and expediential ethics-disposition by confrontation with irreconcilable ethical conflicts and moral dilemmas, or a suitable regulation for differences in opinions and interests. The ethics of the second line offers concrete practical ethics-wisdoms for solutions for moral conflicts.The ethics of the first line is one which study what is the essential value standard.
