摘　　要：由美国著名教育家麦卡锡博士创立的4MAT模式是一个新型有效的学习框架。它是一个自然的环路,旨在注重学习者的差异;提高沟通、团队合作以及解决问题的能力,并根据学习者的特点设计不同水平的学习方式。而这些也正是教育学,特别是现代教育学理论研究的核心所在。The 4MAT model, formulated by Dr. McCarthy, a famous American educator, is a new and effective framework of organizing learning. It is a natural cycle for identifying the diversity of learners, for enhancing communication, team work, and problem solving, and for designing learning at all levels, which are the focus of education, especially the modern education.
