摘  要:目的:研究聚己内酯的理化性质及不同相对分子质量聚己内酯理化性质之间的相互关系。方法:测定4种不同相对分子质量聚己内酯的黏度、熔点、特性黏数,并进行了热降解行为和X-射线粉末衍射分析研究。结果:随着相对分子质量的递增,聚己内酯的黏度数值增大,熔点及其热降解温度升高,特性黏数值增大。从X-射线粉末衍射图谱看,聚己内酯为半结晶状结构,且有相似的峰形。结论:聚己内酯的各种理化性质与其相对分子质量之间有一定的相关性,但不同相对分子质量物质之间的结晶度值不同。OBJECTIVE To study the physicochemical properties of poly-(ε-caprolactone)(PCL). METHODS To determine the melting point, viscosity, intrinsic viscosity, crystallinity and X-ray powder diffraction pattern (XRD) of PCL RESULTS The physicoehemical properties of poly-(ε-caprolactone) were correlated with its molecular weight. The higher the molecular weight, the higher melting point, the higher viscosity, the bigger intrinsic viscosity, and the higher heat degradation temperature. The XRD profiles showed that PCL was in semicrystalline state and had the similar diffraction peaks. CONCLUSION The determined properties of PCL were correlated with its molecular weight, but the crystallinity value was changed with its molecular weight.
