摘　　要：教育的供需是民间资本投资教育的最为重要的影响因素,在相当长的时期内,教育的需求总是大于供给,并因此有必要增加教育投资的供给,在政府教育支出难以持续增加的情况下,就只能增加对学生的收费、开辟其他的资金来源渠道等等,其中,吸引民间资本和外国资本对教育的投资是主要的解决办法。Educational supply and demand is the most important factor influencing the nongovernmental investment into education. For a long period of time, the educational need has always been the supply, thus the need of increasing the educational investment. Because it is difficult for the government to increase the investment, we can only collect more money from students and open up other channels of getting money among which is the main way to attract nongovernmental and foreign capital.
