中药联合化疗治疗晚期胰腺癌32例临床研究

摘　　要：目的：通过Ⅳ期胰腺癌患者治疗后回顾性研究，比较中药治疗及动脉灌注化疗的临床疗效和价值。方法：2002年5月～2004年7月期间依次入院的60例患者分为两组作为研究对象（其中中药组32例、化疗组28例），两组基本情况差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。观察比较两组治疗后客观有效率、生存期、无进展生存期以及药物不良反应。结果：中药组治疗后客观有效率为部分缓解（PR）0、稳定（SD）53．1％、进展（PD）46．9%，化疗组为PR7．1％、SD53．6％、PD39．3％，两组差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。中药组一年生存率为34．37％，中位生存期6．07个月，明显优于化疗组（一年生存率11．25％、中位生存期4．17个月），差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。中药组不良反应明显轻于化疗组。结论：中药在晚期胰腺癌治疗中具有稳定瘤灶、延长患者生存期、药物不良反应少等优点，显示了良好的临床价值，值得进一步研究。’To evaluate and compare the therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine and intra arterial chemotherapy for stage Ⅳ pancreatic cancer patients. Methods：From May 2002 to July 2004,60 advanced pancreatic cancer in patients were divided into two groups,Chinese medicine group （n= 32） and chemotherapy group（n= 28）. Clinical conditions were comparable between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The objective effective rate,overall survival period,progression-free survival period and adverse effects of the medicine were analyzed and compared. Results：PR was 0, SD 53. 1% and PD 46.9% in the Chinese medicine group, and PRT. 1% ,SD 53.6%, and PD 39.3% in the chemotherapy group, with no significant difference between the two groups （P〉 0. 05）. In the Chinese medicine group,the one-year survival rate was 34.37% and the median survival period was 6.07 months, that was better than 11.25 % and 4.17months in the chemotherapy group （P〈0.05）. Toxicity in the Chinese medicine group was less than the chemotherapy group. Conclusion tChinese medicine may benefit to advanced pancreatic cancer patient by stabilizing tumors and prolonging life expectancy ,with less side effects than that of chemotherapy.
