摘　　要：《语助》是我国第一部研究文言虚词的专著,它突破了前人随经释义的传统,对虚词的语法、语义功能都作出了比较系统的研究,该书内容的编排也颇有特色。截至目前,研究者对作者卢以纬的所属时代、成书期、书名的变更和现行版本多有争议。Yu Zhu is the first monograph of researching classical fimction word in our country, It has broken the tradition of explaining words in articles and researched the grammar semantic function systematically. There are lot of disputes of the author？？ Lu Yi wei＇s time the complet ness and current edition of the book,as well as the change of book＇s name,it also has much disting uishing quality.
