摘　　要：文章论述了21世纪社会对自动化专业技术人才培养的需求和目标，分析了高校自动化专业的特点、现状及自动化实验教学中存在的问题和不足，提出了以专业基础课程实验为基础．以综合设计实验为主要内容，以系统型实验项目的开发和构建为核心．由点到线到面的综合实验教学体系框架。并通过一个正在规划和建设的自动化实验综合体系，说明了在专业技术人才培养中以人为本的重要性．This paper discussed needs and targets to cultivate skilled persons with ability of automation specialty in the 21 st century, After analyzing the characteristics and current status of automation specialty and questions and shortages existing in automation lab teaching, an integrated systemic lab teaching system which perforates dot, line and plane knowledge is given. This system＇ s basement is specialty base labs, main content is integrated design labs, and the core is developing and building systemic lab items. And lastly, through enumerating an integrated teaching system in automation which is being planned and built, the significance of regarding person as base in cuhivating skilled persons with ability is showed.
