摘　　要：以全新的理论视角,考察了产权和产权信用的相互依赖,并从产权信用的角度考察了大型国有企业产权改革的演变过程及其制度设计缺陷,说明产权信用乃是大型国有企业制度创新和产权再造的核心,表述了大型国有企业产权信用创新的基本内涵。This article focuses on the mutuality between the property right and the credit of property right in a brand new angle of view. It studies the evolvement of the reform of big scale state owned enterprise as well as the defect of its systematic design on this aspect, concluding that the credit of property right is the core of the systematic reform and the reinstall of property right for a big scale state owned enterprise, expressing the basic content of the innovation in the domain of the credit of property right for a big scale state owned enterprise.
