摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护生职业防护教育的方法。方法建立手术室职业防护师资队伍,开设护生防护培训课程,采用理论授课、演示教学和实物练习、比较教学等方式使护生在手术室系统学习职业防护知识和技能。结果护生的职业防护意识和技能得到提高。结论建立手术室职业防护师资队伍,对护生实施系统的职业防护教育十分必要。Objective To explore the methods of occupational protective education for nursing students in operation room. Methods A teacher team of occupational protective education in operation room was set up and develop a training course of occupational protection for nursing students. The teaching methods of theoretical lectures, demonstrate teaching and practice, and comparative teaching were used to provide nursing students with systematic knowledge and skills of occupational protection in operation room. Result The nursing students＇ consciousness and skills of occupational protection got improved, Conclusion It is necessary to set up a teacher team to provide systematic occupational protective education for nursing students in operation room.
