摘　　要：在阐述新时期体教结合的目的和意义的基础上,从4个方面较为详尽地论述了非体育院校大学运动队的培养目标,并就特殊的培养方法进行了概括性的探讨.On the basis of expounding purpose and significance of the combination of education and physical education in contemporary age, this article thoroughly elaborates the training goal of sports teams in nonphysical education institutes, and briefly approaches special training measures.
