摘　　要：高校学生社团是由大学生在自愿基础上组织起来的,社团活动的开展以社员的参与为条件,同时社员对本社团的了解也以积极参与为基础。社团活动经费的多少直接关系到活动的规模和质量。社团要吸引更多的大学生参与,举办更有影响力的活动,在其内部建立一个良好的管理体系是非常必要的。Student mass organizations in colleges and universities are a vital new force in developing campus culture. To promote the healthy development of student mass organizations so that they may play a greater role in enriching students＇ cultural llfe and improving students＇ comprehensive ability, we have launched an investigation into the status quo of college student mass organizaions in Nanjing. The investigation is centered on the following aspects： （1） the degree of students＇ participation; （2） the management of student mass organirations; （3）the source of student mass organizations＇ activity funds; （4）the influence and role of their activities. In light of the existing problems in the work of college student mass organizations, several suggestions are put forawrd in this report.
