关于高校“思想政治理论课”若干问题的思考

摘　　要：当前我国高校思想政治理论课教育教学中存在着诸多矛盾和问题,既有功能定位、教材编写、教学方法、师资队伍建设等自身方面的问题,又有国际共产主义运动处于低潮,全球化、信息化和市场经济对大学生价值观念和生活方式带来的消极影响等深层次的根本性问题。高校思想政治理论课教育教学具有特别重要的作用,必须认真贯彻落实中宣部、教育部《关于进一步加强和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的意见》,坚持以育人为本的理念,采取强有力的措施,切实加强和改进思想政治理论课教育教学,更好地发挥思想政治理论课对大学生进行系统思想政治教育的主渠道作用。There exist many contradictsions and problems in current college teaching and education of ideological and political theory in China. These problems are as follows： function - fixing, teaching material, teaching methods, the construction of the teachers＇, and negativ~ effects on the valve concepts and life ways of the college students with the International Communist Movement being in low tide, the globalization, the informationization and market economy, so the teaching and education of college ideological and political theory has special and essential function; we have to carry through the document ＂Opinions concerning how to further enhance and improvethe college ideological and political lesson＂, by the Publicity Department and the Ministry of Education, In order to play the function of the main channel of the ideological and political lesson while having a systematical function on the college students, we have to insist the idea of ＂talent- centered education＂, and take strong steps to strengthen and improve the teaching and education of ideological and political lesson.
