摘　　要：开展共产党员先进性教育是党在全面分析党和国家所面临的内外部环境变化后所作出的重大决策,具有深刻的现实意义;高校开展好这项活动就必须把握好其主线、本质和标准,尤其要充分认识到对高校的具体要求,建立起长效机制,取得实效。Developing the advanced ideological education among Communist Party members is a strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee after giving an overall analysis of the internal and external situation and circumstances facing Party and Country, and it is of profound realistic significance. To carry out this political education successfully, it is essential for us to grasp the guideline, essence and standard. Especially, we should fully understand the specific requirements concerning colleges and universities and establish a long-lasting system in order to produce practical results.
