摘 要:[目的]了解护士和护士长对护士工作绩效的评价及其影响因素。[方法]对333名临床护士及26名护士长,通过护士工作绩效问卷调查,对各种因素进行多重回归分析,筛选出护士工作绩效的影响因素。[结果]护士工作绩效的护士自评和护士长评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护士职称、沟通能力和护护关系为影响工作绩效的主要因素。[结论]对护士工作绩效的评价,护士自评和护士长评价一致;护士职称越高、沟通能力越强、护护关系越融洽,护士的工作绩效水平越高。Objective: To get some information about evaluation of nurses and head nurses on work performance of nurses and its influencing factors. Method: A total of 333 clinical nursing staffs were investigated by filling out questionnaires of work performance of nur^s. All the factors were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Among which the influencing factors were selected. Result: There was no significant difference between self- a^se^ment of nurses themselves and evaluation of head nurses on their work performance (P 〉0.05). The main factors influencing the work performance are nurses' job titles, their corm'nunication ability and nursenurse relationship. Conclusion: Self-evaluation on work performance of nurses was in accordance with head nurses' assessment. The higher job title, the stronger communication ability of nurses, the more friendly nurse - nurse relationship a nurse has, the higher of one's work performance would be.
