摘  要:针对某型号国产汽车保险杠和一种加装缓冲装置的缓冲吸能式保险杠,对其结构的吸能特性用LSDYNA3D软件进行了计算机仿真模拟研究,并通过试验进行了验证,得出缓冲吸能式保险杠具有较好的吸能特性的结论,这对于提高汽车的被动安全性能具有积极的意义。To investigate energy-absorption performance of a certain domestic car bumper system and the bumper system with cushion equipment under low speed collision, the finite element simulation with software LS-DYNA3D was carried out. The test results testified the validity and reliability of computer simulation results. The study results showed the car bumper system with cushion equipment has a good energy-absorption ability,and brought positive effect to improve the car passive safety, and indicated advanced safe energy-absorbing bumper system would become direction of car bumper system design.
