摘　　要：农村白内障复明工作经过多年探索,包括派出眼科医疗队,开展“视觉第一,中国行动”为农村白内障患者服务, 已取得显著的成效。本文从长远观点考虑,提出建立基层防盲点有利于获得当地政府的重视,有利于患者就近得到治疗,有利于人才培养,有利于农村白内障防治网的建立,是一种值得推荐的有效方法。Sight restoring for cataract patients in countryside has been made great progress by years of effort, including floating medical team of ophthalmology, and ＂Vision First-China in Action＂ activity. Establishment of stable rural basic medical unit for prevention of blindness is recommended as an effective way in the long run because it is able to put the prevention of blindness in the list of the priorities by the local government, facilitate cataract patients to be treated at the local committee, offer local doctors great opportunities for training, and finally establish the rural network for prevention of blindness. （Ophthalmol CHN, 2006, 15： 5-6）
