白内障超声乳化术后人工晶状体眼的相对调节

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后的相对调节,为临床改善人工晶状体眼者生活质量提供依据。设计随机对照临床研究。研究对象 30例60眼,年龄(62．77±5．27)岁(50-70岁)。其中单眼人工晶状体眼16例,双眼人工晶状体眼14例。44眼为人工品状体眼。方法采用综合验光仪(TOPCON)测量调节幅度、相对调节,采用Pearson相关分析其相关性。主要指标调节幅度、相对调节。结果人工晶状体眼的移近法单眼调节幅度(2．35±1．14)D,单眼负相对调节(1．12±0．46) D,单眼正相对调节(-1．10±0．44)D,单眼相对调节总量(2．23±0．89)D,单眼调节幅度与单眼相对调节总量不存在相关(r=0．303, P=0．104)。结论对于白内障超声乳化术后的人工晶状体眼患者,相对调节是独立于调节幅度的伪调节评价指标。Objective To analyze the relative accommodation in pseudophakic eyes after phacoemulsiflcation and implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens （IOL）. Design Randomized, comparative clinical trial. Participants 60 eyes of 30 patients aged 50 to 70 years （mean age 62.77±5.27years）who had phacoemulsification and implantation of posterior chamber IOL, including 16 patients with unilateral pseudophakia and 14 patients with bilateral pseudophakia. Methods The accommodative amplitude and relative accommodation were measured using phoroptor （TOPCON）, and compared using Pearson correlation. Main Outcome Measures The accommodative amplitude and relative accommodation. Results In the pseudophakia the monocular accommodative amplitude, monocular negative relative accommodation, monocular positive relative accommodation, and monocular relative accommodation were 2.35±1.14D, 1.12±0.46D, -1.10±0.44D, 2.23±0.89D, respectively. Monocular relative accommodation was not associated with monocular accommodative amplitude （r=0.303, P=0.104）. Conclusion Besides accommodative amplitude, relative accommodation is an independent parameter of pseudoaccommodation after phacoemulsification and implantation of posterior eharaber IOL.（Ophthalmol CHN , 2006, 15： 20-23）
