自酸蚀粘接剂治疗牙颈部牙本质敏感症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过VAS(visual analogue scale)表评价两步法自酸蚀粘接剂Contax治疗牙颈部牙本质敏感症的有效性。方法从临床就诊病人中选择20例确诊为牙颈部牙本质敏感症的患者,用Contax进行脱敏治疗,在应用前后及应用之后的第2周,第4周,第8周和第12周相继进行敏感性测定并以VAS值记录临床测定结果,进行Friedman统计分析。结果统计结果显示,使用Contax前后及应用之后测得的vas值呈逐渐下降趋势,其差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Contax可以作为一种牙本质脱敏剂有效地降低牙颈部牙本质敏感症状。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Contax to reduce or eliminate cervical dentin hypersensitivity by using VAS （visual analogue scale）. Methods Twenty patients with cervical dentin hypersensitivity teeth were enrolled in this clinical trial. The hypersensitive teeth included a total of 40 premolars and canines with exposed cervical dentin that were sensitive to cold or other stimuli. A single layer of Contax, a water- based two step self- etch adhesive, was applied to the cervical dentin and was light- cured. The sensitivity was evaluated at 0, 2, 4, 8 weeks and 3 months by using cold air blast stimuli, and recorded by using a visual analogue scale. Friedman tests were performed （alpha = 0.05）. Results Application of a single coat of Contax significantly reduced cervical dentin hypersensitivity to both compressed air and cold stimuli immediately after the treatment. The reduction in hypersensitivity remained significant at 3 months after the treatment. Conclusion Topical application of Contax is an effective way to reduce or eliminate cervical dentin sensitivity.
