摘　　要：目的介绍基于分数维理论的彩色多普勒自动定量软件和初步临床应用价值。方法将分数维理论和计算机技术相结合研制开发了一款彩色多普勒血流定量软件,使用该软件对甲状腺彩色血流图进行了定量计算。结果甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)组和正常组的分数维分别为1.45±0.11和1.15±0.10。结论分数维定量参数可以准确反映彩色血流信号的丰富程度,该软件的临床应用价值值得进一步研究。Objective To introduce the automatic quantification software of color Doppler flow signals based on fractal theory and its preliminary clinical practicality. Methods Quantificative software of color Doppler signals was developed based on fractal theory. Thyroid color Doppler flow maps have been assessed using this software. Results The dimensions of hyperthyroidism and normal groups were 1.45 ± 0. 11 and 1.15 ± 0. 10, respectively. Conclusions Fractal dimensions can reflect the amount of color Doppler signals. The clinical value of this software is worthy of further researches.
