后颅凹肿瘤MRI诊断价值

摘　　要：92例后颅凹肿瘤,全部经CT、MRI检查,并手术病理证实。分析比较CT和MRI发现病变的敏感性,定位诊断的准确性,定性诊断的特异性。讨沦MRI误诊的原因和Gd-DTPA增强检查对后颅凹肿瘤的诊断价值。后颅凹肿瘤诊断MRI明显优于CT。Ninety-two cases of cranial posterior fossa tumor were reviewed,which were confirmed operative-]y and pathologically. All cases were examined by CT scanning and MRI. The sensibility .accuracy and specificity in localization and histological diagnosis were compared between CT scanning and MRI. The causes of misdiagnosis by MRI were analysed. The diagnostic value of enhanced MRI in 'the posterior fossa tumors were discussed. MRI is markedly superior than CT scan in the diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors.
