摘  要:在我国传统纺织工业中,纺织并纱机会经常发生断纱现象。人工进行检测既不方便又不及时,这样极大的降低了生产效率。针对这种情况设计了一种并纱机控制器。并纱机正常工作时,通过对控制器的操作,可以在线显示、预置及修改走纱速度;当系统出现断纱等故障时,89C51单片机自动进行检测,显示故障代码并通过指示灯进行报警。由于采用了掉电保护、光耦隔离等保护措施,使控制器在电压发生突变或者掉电时能够及时进行处理,提高了控制器的可靠性和安全性。通过实际运行表明FA712型纺织并纱机控制器能够减少故障发生概率以及故障修复周期,提高了生产效率,具有推广价值。In traditional textile industry of our country, yarn-breaking often occurred in textile doubling winder. It's neither convenient nor timely for detection manually, so it greatly reduced production efficiency. A kind of textile doubling winder controller was designed according to this situation. When doubling winder working normally, through operation to controller, the speed of yarn can be showed, preset and revise online; when the system presents the situation of yarn-breaking or electricity losing, 89C51 one-chip computer will detect automatically, show the trouble code and report to the system through the indicator lamp. Because it has adopted protective measures, such as electricity-losing protection, light-coupled isolation etc., which make it handled timely when voltage jump occurred or electricity was lost, so it improves its dependability and security. It indicates that the controller of model FA712 textile doubling winder is very successful in practice. It can reduce the probability of trouble and repair cycle, improve production efficiency and have practical value to popularization.
