摘　　要：目的：初步探讨在过去20年中我国急性白血病（AL）发生的变化。方法：回顾性分析了1985～2005年中国医学科学院血液学研究所门诊就诊的6429例AL患者的资料。结果：①男性患者较女性患者多见（男：女=1．42：1），急性髓系白血病（AML）患者较急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）患者多见（AML：ALL=2．67：1），AML以青壮年为主（76．2％），ALL老年少见（2．3％）；②病例数呈逐年增高，但1990～1995年及2000～2005年间出现两个增长高峰；③儿童患者农村高于城市（P〈0．05），老年患者城市高于农村（P〈0．05）；④治疗相关性白血病比例明昂低于国外文献报道比例，且主要原因是银屑病口服乙双吗啉所致。结论：本研究进一步肯定了一砦有关我国AL发病情况的一些特征，同时也提出了一些新的特点，这些新的变化有待于下一次全国性白血病流行病学调查来加以明确。Objective：To explore the changes of features of patients with acute leukemia （AL） in China during the past twenty years. Method. The data of all of the 6 429 acute leukemia out patients diagnosed in Institute of Hematology Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences bfrom 1985 to 2005 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Result：①the male preponderance was greater（male/female ratio is 1.42）, the number of patients with acute myeloid leukemia（AML） is higher than that of patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia（ALL） （AML/ALL ratio is 2.67）, most of the AML patients are young adult （76.2%） and elderly ALL patients are very rare （2.3%） ; ② AL cases were increasing trend during the past 20 years, the number increased significantly for the period from 1985 to 1990 and from 2000 to 2005;③The number of children with AL in countryside is higher than that in city （ P 〈0.05）, the number of elderly AL patients in city is higher than that of in countryside （ P〈0.05） ; ④The ratio of treatmentLrelated AI. in China is lower than that reported in English literature, the major cause of the treatment-related AL is Bimolane. Conelusiom Some of the features of AL patients in China were further confirmed and some new features were also found by this study, these changes should he demonstrated by the next national epidemiology survey of leukemia.
