安氏Ⅱ类错治疗时机选择的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨安氏Ⅱ类错牙合的最佳治疗时机。方法选择100例安氏Ⅱ类错牙合患者,分为实验1、2组和对照组,实验1、2组在混合牙列早期分别利用复合头帽治疗、改良后Ⅱ型Frankl功能矫正器治疗,对照组在恒牙牙合完全建立前不做任何治疗。各组最后均利用方丝弓固定矫正技术治疗。对各组治疗前、后进行头颅定位片测量。结果3组在固定矫正治疗后测量结果无明显差异。各组固定矫正疗程时间亦无明显差异。结论在恒牙期矫治也可达到满意的矫治效果。Objective To find out the optimum time in the treatment of Angle Ⅱ malocclusion. Methods 100 cases of Angle Ⅱ malocclusion were divided into 3 groups. In group 1 the patients received the treatment of compound head cap in the early mixed dentition. In group 2 the patients received the treatment of modified occlusion function appliance of Type PR Ⅱ . Group 3 was the control group, in which the patients did not receive any treatment until the establishment of the permanent teeth. At last, all of the patients in the 3 groups were treated with Edgewire. Skull films for the patients in the 3 groups were taken and measured before and after the treatment, respectively. Result There was no significant difference between the measurement and the course of correction. Conclusion There is a good corrected result in the permanent teeth.
