摘 要:建立了地下铲运机整机结构有限元模型,提出铰销、油缸、轮胎及边界条件的模拟方法。进行了ACY-2型地下铲运机整机结构强度实验,验证了整机有限元模型的正确性。同时根据此模型对3种工况下铲运机的结构强度进行了分析,结果表明,铲斗插入料堆正常作业的牵引工况下,铲运机结构满足强度要求;而后轮离地和前轮离地两种极限工况是危险工况。The FE model for the underground LHD machine's bodywork structure was built and the simulation methods for its joint, hydraulic actuator, tyre and boundary conditions were proposed. Tests were made on the strength of ACY - 2 LHD machine's bodywark structure, which validated the correctness of the FE model. Meanwhile, based on this model, analysis was made of the strength of the LHD machine's bodywork structure in three operation conditions. It was shown that in the traction condition of the bucket inserting into the material pile in normal operation, the LHD machine's structure can meet the strength requirement while two limit traction conditions of real - wheels or front - wheels deviating from the ground are the dangerous conditions.
