儿童眼病筛查的方法及其应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究对儿童眼病进行初步筛查的实用、便利的方法和工具。方法利用红光反射试验 (Bruckner Test)原理,使用特殊儿童验光仪,对门诊儿童眼科病人分别进行常规观察、眼病筛查检查,结合临床验证眼病筛查方法的使用价值。比较各种方法的效果。结果对于几种常见儿童眼病,通过典型病例观察,总结出可以应用眼病筛查实践的、特异性儿童眼病眼部图像改变。就筛查的有效性分析,PR-2000筛查方法组敏感性为99． 8％,特异性为97．9％。就实用性分析,PR-2000筛查方法组的阳性预测价值为94．1％,阴性预测价值为99．9％。结论儿童眼病筛查是一种简单快捷的眼病筛查手段,能够早期发现许多儿童眼部异常。可以用作儿童眼科的常备工具,也可以用于初级儿童眼保健。Objective For investigating the method of quick screen children eye disease and finding the convenient facilities. Methods Take advantage of the principle of ＂Bruckner Test＂, using TOPCON PR - 2000 Pediatrics auto refractor, authors captured pictures for some eye disease in the children, examined children eye disease patients in Pediatrics Ophthalmology clinic compare the result to the routine Ophthalmology examination which include slit lamp microscope and fundus examination and B - scan. Results Authors summarized some special characteristic （diagnostic） image of main eye diseases in children which include a variety of refraction, congenital cataract, and cloudy of vitreous body. The positive predictive value of the screening reaches 93.4% ～ 94.1% and the negative＇predictive value 99%. Condusion Eye disease screen in children is a quick method to find the eye abnormal in children. It could be used as a routine examination in Pediatric Ophthalmology. Combine eye screening and vision screening is the best way to find primeval eye disease in children.
