巩膜隧道直切口人工晶状体植入术疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察巩膜隧道直切口人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。方法对68例(86只眼)白内障患者采用巩膜隧道直切口行白内障囊外摘除术,同时植入后房型人工晶状体。结果术后1个月视力恢复良好,裸眼或矫正视力≥0．5者75只眼(占87．2％),裸眼或矫正视力≥0．8者63只眼(占73．3％)。结论巩膜隧道直切口人工晶状体植入术安全可靠操作简单,效果良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of artificial lens implantation with straight scleral tunnel incision. Methods The authors made straight scleral tunnel incision,then extracted the lens nuclous and implanted posterior chamber intraocular leno. Results Among 86 eyes of 68 cases, a month after operation there werc 75 eyes whose vision or corrected vision was more than or as much as 0.5（87.2% ） and 63 eyes whose vision or corrected vision was more than or as much as 0.8 （73.3%）. Conclusion This technique of straight scleral tunnel incision is safe, simple and has satisfactory results.
