摘　　要：胰腺癌是一种预后较差的消化系统恶性肿瘤,其发生发展过程是原癌基因、抑癌基因和DNA修复基因共同作用的结果。本文主要就近年来研究较多的与胰腺癌相关基因作一复习,并简述其与胰腺癌生物学特性和临床治疗的关系。Pancreatic carcinoma is a kind of malignant tumor of digestive system with badly prognosis. Its course of genesis results from the co-action of proto-oneogene, anti-oncogene and DNA repair gene. In this article, we review some major reported gene related to pancreatic carcinoma in recent years in order to state their relationship with bionomics and clinical therapeutic.
