摘　　要：转基因动物就是指通过人工的方法将外源基因导入动物染色体基因组,使之稳定表达并能遗传给后代的一类动物。目前制备转基因动物的方法主要有显微注射法,反转录病毒感染法,胚胎干细胞法等。转基因动物技术已广泛渗透于分子生物学、免疫学、生物制药、畜牧育种以及器官移植等研究领域中。本文通过对当前转基因动物的研究进展做出分析,以探讨当前转基因动物的发展方向和展望未来转基因动物的前景。A transgenic animal is one that carries a foreign gnne that has been deliberately inserted into its genome. Several techniques have been reported to produce transgenic animals including Pronuclear microinjection, Retrovirus-mediated techniques, Embryonic stem cell-mediated techniques and etc. Transgenic animal has been extended to various areas such as molecular biology, immunology, manufacture of pharmaceuticals and medicines, prologue breeding and organ transplantation. This article summarizes the progress about transgenic animal in recent years in order to discusse the current development direction and look into the future of transgenie animal.
