摘　　要：视神经损伤常导致视网膜神经节细胞的凋亡,其有关机制及如何抑制凋亡,从而保护损伤视神经的研究逐渐受到重视,相关体内、体外实验取得一定成果,本文加以阐述。Optic nerve injuries always result in the apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells. People begin to pay more attention to its mechanism and the approach of restraining apoptosis, in order to protect the injuried optic nerves. This article reviews some progresses that has been maken in the experimental study.
