内镜下局部止血药物运用进展

摘　　要：自1957年导光纤维内镜问世后,医学内镜枝术迅速发展,已成为人体疾病诊断、治疗以及科学研究的重要工具,尤其电子内镜的发展,为内镜治疗创造了良好条件。内镜下局部药物止血是抢救治疗上消化道出血的应急手段,上消化道各种疾病并出血均可在内镜下进行局部药物喷洒或药物注射得以止血,使不少上消化道大出血生命垂危的患者转危为安,给进一步的对症治疗争取宝贵时间。本文简要介绍各家应用有关这方面的概况。With the development of endoscopy, endoscope has been an important tool used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and research, especially, the development of videoimagedendoscope made a good condition for therapeutic endoscopy since the fiberoptic endoscope have been invented in 1957. Stoping bleeding using topical remedy under endscope is a method to meet an emergency in the treatment of unper gastrointestinal bleeding. The method using topical remedy under endoscope （such as injection and sprinkles） can stop bleeding companyed by all kinds of upper gastrointestinal disease, then save the lifes of many upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients and save the time for further symptomatic treatment. This article reviews the usage of this method.
