摘　　要：高等教育规模扩展是我国经济发展的必然要求。本文在研究分析21世纪初高等教育规模扩展的客观必然性、主要制约因素及其面临的问题基础上,借鉴其它国家一些成功经验,提出了进一步推进高等教育规模扩展的几点对策建议。China＇s economic development demands an enlarged scale of higher education . This article analyzes the inevitability, main restrictions and other faced with at the turn of the 21st century. Referring to the successful experience of other countries,it proposes some policy recommendations to enlarge the scale of higher education.
