CD15抗原和CD44v6蛋白在乳腺癌及乳腺增生中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨CD15抗原和CD44v6蛋白在乳腺癌及乳腺增生组织中的表达及其在乳腺癌鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测CD15抗原和CD44v6蛋白在51例乳腺癌及67例乳腺增生中的表达。结果:CD44v6蛋白在乳腺癌和乳腺增生组织中的阳性表达率分别为80.4%和37.3%,而CD15抗原的阳性表达率分别为78.4%和44.8%,两者表达差异有统计学意义。CD15抗原和CD44v6蛋白阳性表达率与乳腺癌患者腋淋巴结状况及组织学分级有相关性(P<0.05),而与患者绝经状况及TNM分期无相关性(P>0.05)。CD15表达与CD44v6表达呈正相关(r=0.43,P<0.05)。结论:联合检测CD15抗原和CD44v6蛋白对乳腺癌的鉴别诊断具有重要参考价值。Objective： To evaluate the value of CD15 antigen and CD44v6 protein in differential diagnosis of breast cancer by determining the level of CD15 and CD44v6 expression in breast cancer and breast hyperplasia. Methods： The expression of CD15 antigen and CD44v6 protein in 51 cases of breast cancer and 67 cases of breast hyperplasia tissues were detected by S-P immunohistochemical technique. Results： The positive rate of CD44v6 in 51 cases of breast cancer and 67 cases of breast hyperplasia tissues was 80.4% and 37.3% respectively. The positive rate of CD15 was 78.4% and 44.8% respectively. There was significant difference between breast cancer and breast hyperplasia （P〈0.005）. The positive rate of CD15 antigen and CD44v6 protein in patients with breast cancer was significantly correlated with axillary lymph node status and histological grading （P〈0.05）,while no significant correlation with patients＂ age and TNM staging（P〉0.05）. Moreover, there was a positive correlation between CD15 and CD44v6 expression in breastcancer （r=0.43, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Detection of CD15 antigen and CD44v6 protein is useful in differential diagnosis of breast cancer.
