摘　　要：消息中间件能将消息可靠的传送到目的地,并能够对消息进行同步/异步传输;而对于消息的格式,由于不同的消息有着不同的格式,这就将导致消息交互和系统更新的困难,增加了数据在网络中传送的困难性,也使得中间件的普及遇到了不少的阻碍;虽然消息中间件的厂家在原有的产品上增加了消息格式的转换功能,如在:MQ(M essage Queue)前端加上一个可以转换数据格式的前置机,但内部消息存储的机制并没有改变;针对这种情况本文将在W ebSphere MQ的基础上,在队列管理器中实现消息格式的转换。Messages could be transported from here to there with synchronization / asynchronism by message-oriented middleware （MOM） ; Different message has different format, which leads to some difficulty in some fields, such as： message exchange, system update, data transferring in network and the popularization of middleware. Though some companies, which produce the MOM, add some transform functions of the message format based on their original production, for example： If add a function which may transform the message format in front of MQ, but the mechanism of saving inbound message is not changed. So this paper describes a way with which message format in the MQ can be transformed on the basis of WebSphere MQ.
